Gillian McMurrough

Gillian has 10 years of experience in global life sciences recruitment. She holds a BSc in Genetics from University College Dublin and is a recent graduate and Merit Scholar of Trinity Business School, where she earned an Executive MBA.

Over the past decade, Gillian has held senior leadership positions at two recruitment agencies, including Director-level roles where she led high-performing Life Sciences teams. Most recently, she led a Life Sciences team that was shortlisted in the Employment & Recruitment Federation Annual Recruitment Awards for 'Best in Practice: Pharma, Engineering, and Science.'

Her broad agency experience, combined with her formal education in life sciences and business, has equipped her with a unique perspective and expertise in the sector. This distinctive blend of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on experience has earned her an exceptional reputation for consistent delivery, building lasting client relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet a wide range of client needs.

When Gillian isn’t busy working, she enjoys cooking and traveling with her partner, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her beloved dog, Jack.
